Original Payment Method

For orders paid by card or another online payment method, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through a money-transfer service available in Lebanon, using the payment details provided by the customer.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or transfer service.
